
Samantha Castle is a highly accomplished healthcare executive with an extensive background in leadership roles within the mental health and wellness industry. Currently serving as the CEO of Prime Wellness Group, Samantha has demonstrated a strong commitment to improving mental health services and promoting wellness initiatives within the state of Texas.
With a wealth of experience, Samantha has held various executive positions, including Market CEO and Corporate National Director of Help for Heroes at Carrollton Springs/Springstone. She has overseen multiple facility locations, led recruitment efforts, and played a pivotal role in policy development and strategic planning.
Prior to her current roles, Samantha served as Chief Executive Officer at UBH of Denton, where she provided oversight for mental health and substance abuse recovery programs. She also held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Pavilion at Northwest, focusing on census building efforts and program development.
Samantha's dedication to healthcare extends beyond her executive roles, as evidenced by her involvement in various professional associations and committees over time such as the Kentucky Hospital Association Accreditation Committee and the SAFY Board. Recognized for her contributions, she was appointed as a Kentucky Colonel by Governor Steven Beshear in 2008!
In addition to her professional achievements, Samantha holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Healthcare Management from Indiana Wesleyan University as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Health Sciences and an Associate of Science in Health Information from Eastern Kentucky University.
Outside of her demanding career, Samantha enjoys traveling and cherishing quality time with her family. Despite her busy schedule, her passion for improving mental health services remains unwavering, reflecting her dedication to making a positive impact in the lives of others.
